We are back for another breathwork session next week Thursday 14th in the dome @Cristaland.
We’ll be exploring the theme of long held emotions and releasing old patterns. In a meditation before the breathwork we’ll focus our intentions and come to body awareness through a short dance. Then we’ll follow a REBIRTH breath pattern for 45 minutes followed by deep integration and a sharing to close.
As places are limited and the safety and trust of all participants is of utmost importance it is required to register and fill out an questionaire to get to know you.
